Meet the Speakers:

Filipe Santos | Shared Services Platforms & Scaling

Filipe Santos is the founder of Chop Enterprises, a multi vertical operation spanning real estate investment, salon ownership, business coaching, and strategic partnerships. What started with a five chair salon and a three family property has grown into a portfolio that includes 50+ unit complexes, multiple salon locations, and ventures like Make Cool Sh*t, a design and strategy studio. Filipe started as a union carpenter before going all in on entrepreneurship, teaching himself marketing, operations, and business development with the intensity of someone who knew there was no Plan B. His approach is rooted in discipline, systems, and long term thinking. Every decision is made with decades in mind, not quarters. At The Owner's Manual, Filipe will break down how shared services platforms create leverage and what it actually looks like to scale across multiple verticals.

Chris Mader | Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)

Chris Mader brings three decades of experience in leadership, talent development, and business strategy. As a former professional athlete turned C Suite executive, he's led companies exceeding $100M in revenue and brings a unique perspective on what drives performance and excellence in high pressure environments. Chris has coached leaders at every level, from entry level operators to C Suite executives, and is a published author on topics including emotional intelligence, change management, and growth strategy. At The Owner's Manual, Chris will walk the room through the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), the framework that gives growing companies structure, traction, and clarity.

Luck Sarabhayavanija | Building a Hospitality Empire

Luck Sarabhayavanija is the Founding Partner of Montclair Hospitality Group (MHG), a chef driven hospitality company behind Ani Ramen House, pastaRAMEN, Mori Mori, and MM by Morimoto. Luck's career started in his family's restaurant, the first Thai restaurant in Montclair, NJ. He went on to oversee the opening of Beauty & Essex in Manhattan before launching Ani Ramen in 2014, which developed a cult following and sparked the beginning of MHG. The group has since expanded nationally with chef led concepts in New York, Las Vegas, and Miami, including collaborations with James Beard nominated chefs and world renowned Masaharu Morimoto. At The Owner's Manual, Luck will share what it takes to build and scale a hospitality empire from one restaurant to a national brand.

No fluff. No theory. Just real insight from people doing the work. Seats are extremely limited. Once they're gone, they're gone.

Also featuring special guests.
